Tape a piece of paper to a hard, flat surface — make sure it doesn’t slip. 2. Stand on the paper with feet shoulder-width apart, weight evenly balanced. 3. Have someone mark the tip of your big toe and the outermost part of your heel with a pen pointed straight down. 4.
